The Wella ShineFinity Activator Bottle is a developer that can be used with a bottle. This formula is thinner than the Activator Brush & Bowl and is therefore ideal for quick work. Despite the formula being thinner, it does not drip. Due to the Balanced PH technology, the hair remains undamaged and the hair gets a beautiful shine.
