Refund policy
In order to accept/consider a return for exchange or refund you must:
- Return the goods in the original packaging unopened and unused in pristine condition
- Provide proof of purchase
You have no rights under the Sales of Goods Act if you simply change your mind about wanting the goods.
The person who purchased the goods holds the rights under the Act. If you receive the goods as a gift, you have no contract with the retailer and don’t have the same rights.
We will accept returns within 28 days. A refund may be offered up to 14 days after delivery, after which a credit note or exchange is offered.
Due to hygiene regulations we cannot accept returns of clippers, scissors, tunics (uniforms), beauty implements, or razors if they have been used. We cannot accept returns of hair brushes, cosmetics, make up, nail laquer, acrylics, gels, gel polish, clippers, scissors, tunics/uniforms, hair extensions, beauty implements, razors, foot spas, ear piercing.
We do not accept returns of hair colour.

Faulty Goods
If a fault has developed within the manufacturer’s warranty period, a repair, exchange, or refund will be offered once the manufacturing faulty has been confirmed.
In cases where the fault (or cause of fault) is not apparent, we reserve the right to send item for testing. This will usually be carried out by the manufacturer and their response will be required before any actions can be taken. We will notify you of the outcome and options available. If a manufacturing fault is not found, the item will be available for collection at your cost.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any of the following items: hair brushes, cosmetics, make up, nail laquer, acyrilics, gels, gel polish, clippers, blades, scissors, tunics/uniforms, hair extensions, beauty implements, razors, foot spas, ear piercing.
