Shipping policy

We offer free delivery on all orders over €75 excluding VAT and under 10kgs. This does not include furniture items or deliveries to The UK.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery option operates Monday to Friday – we don’t dispatch or deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order is placed after 12pm on Friday or Saturday or Sunday, it will not be dispatched until Monday afternoon for delivery that Tuesday/ Wednesday. On weekdays, if your order is placed before 12pm, your parcel will arrive at its destination the following day in most cases, this may not be the case on VAT free sale days. The standard delivery charge is €7.50.

Please allow for delays over bank holiday weekends and national holiday periods.

We use DPD as our chosen courier service within the island of Ireland.

If you order an item which is out of stock we will notify you via email with an estimated timeframe for when we expect it back in stock.

International Shipping

We offering shipping across the EU. EU shipping is set at €20 or €30 depending of the region with delivery taking 3-5 business days.

Furniture and Equipment

Please note special shipping rates apply to the delivery of furniture and larger equipment items. These items are not covered under our standard next day delivery and normally we aim to deliver within 14-28 days depending on the item. If you have a query about how long it is likely to take for a particular item to be delivered to you, please email us on support@gainfort.com and we will provide you with an estimated delivery date along with a quote for shipping the item to you.
