OSMO IKON Cream Developers are specifically designed to optimise colour and bleaching powder performance.

When combined with any OSMO IKON hair colour, these moisturising formulas penetrate deep into the hair fibre enabling the saturation of vibrant, lustrous colour.

To be used in unison with OSMO IKON Permanent Hair Colour & Bleaches. Please see individual products and our technical manual for exact directions & mixing ratios.
