Clearly Pink – 1 Step Top Coat is a high gloss top coat with a delicate pink finish perfect for french manicures. Can be applied to nail bed after cleaning with GELLUV Nail Prep solution. Incredibly versatile and can also be used as a top coat over any other colour and can also be used under or over glitters from our Glam & Glitz range.
