Seal & Gloss Top Coat – 3 Step GELLUV Gel Polish sealing top layer. Must be applied over final colour layer unless sealing with another top coat from our Glam & Glitz range. Gives a stunning clear glossy, hard wearing, scratch and chip resistant seal for up to 3 weeks. Apply a Thin Layer only. Can also be used over glitters to give a smoother feel and texture when clients have a tendency to “pick” heavier giltter pigments
